Terms and Conditions – Satisfyer App Giveaway
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Satisfyer App Giveaway” hosted by Steve Madden Europe. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Europe who are 18 years or older at the time of participation.
Employees of Steve Madden Europe, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation
To participate, customers must place an order for any full-priced Steve Madden item via the Steve Madden app on 14 February 2026.
The www.stevemadden.eu Giveaway is valid for the first 100 qualifying app orders only. Each customer may participate once. Returned or refunded orders will void participation in the Giveaway.
For the Steve Madden Europe Brand stores, you will receive a Satisfyer, while stock lasts, with a minimum purchase of €100.
4. Giveaway Item
Eligible participants will receive one free Satisfyer product. The free product is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
The Satisfyer will be shipped separately from the original app order and will be delivered within 14 to 28 days after the app order date.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping of the free Satisfyer product is free within Europe and the UK. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Steve Madden Europe is not responsible for delays once the giveaway product has been dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
Steve Madden Europe is not responsible for technical issues, delayed or failed app orders, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
